- Built a real-time threat-detection system integrating Google Cloud DLP and Pub/Sub, correlating scan results to their source email, then computing a weighted risk score to automatically allow or block delivery.
- Engineered a fault-tolerant retry system with exponential backoff and a dead-letter queue to recover from pipeline failures, guaranteeing 3x retry coverage before flagging an email for manual review.
- Designed a multi-tenant onboarding system using on-demand AWS SQS queues to bulk-register users and set up integrations in the background, load-tested at 300+ concurrent registrations.
- Architected an asynchronous attachment DLP processing pipeline utilizing Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and Pub/Sub to securely scan file payloads via background jobs.
- Optimized core API performance and latency by implementing database indexing, refining authentication middleware, and utilizing parallel promises for client-side dashboard data fetching.
